When will my order arrive?

• Please allow 7-10 business days at most. Orders generally will arrive before the 7th business day.
• International orders can take up to 2 weeks.
• If an item is on back order, we will stay in contact with you and update you as inventory becomes available.

My order arrived broken. Can I get a refund?

• If you contact us within 48 hours of your order being delivered and send us pictures, we will replace your order at no cost or offer a full refund.
• If you are not completely satisfied with your order within 14 days, we will offer a full refund of the item's cost once it is returned. You will need to pay for return shipping.
