Refund policy
We want you to genuinely love your piece from Ascendancy Gems. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging and condition.
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or an incorrect item was sent.
The following items are final sale:
- Custom or made-to-order items
- Oversized crystal pieces or pallet shipments
- Clearance/sale items
- Items showing signs of wear or damage after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
