Order Processing

Thank you for shopping with Ascendancy Gems.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Once your order has been carefully packed and prepared, it will be shipped via the shipping method you selected at checkout.

Please note that processing times may be longer during holidays, promotional events, or periods of unusually high order volume.

United States (Lower 48 States)
  • Estimated delivery time: 2–7 business days
  • Processing time: 1–3 business days
  • Total estimated time from order to delivery: 3–10 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.


Backordered Items

Occasionally, certain products may be temporarily out of stock or on backorder.

If an item is listed as a backorder product or becomes unavailable after purchase:

  • Your order will be shipped as soon as the item arrives and is ready for fulfillment.
  • We will make every effort to keep customers informed regarding significant delays.
  • Backordered items may require additional processing time before shipment.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information (when available).

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your tracking number.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Ascendancy Gems is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control. While we will gladly assist with tracking inquiries, Ascendancy Gems is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or marked as delivered by the carrier.
